1.0 Sinclair London aims to keep all details current and up to date as possible. However we cannot guarantee this due to seasonal periods.

1.1 All images of the garment is taken using natural daylight so that it reflects the original colour of the garment as it does on the e-store, however the colour variation on the site may vary to the actual item purchased.

PURCHASING POLICY

2.0 We recommend that our clients read the terms and conditions of each purchase. By making a purchase via the site you are agreeing to our purchasing policy and terms and conditions. For any additional information about the policies, clients may wish to contact our Head Office for further details.

2.1 Each garment has a product code and can be located under the ‘Finer Details’ section.

2.3 Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your order and tracking number

PRICING

3.0 All prices stated on the website are in GBP and excludes delivery, shipping and tax charges.

3.1 Not all products made by Sinclair London are available to purchase through the e-store.

PACKAGING

4.0 Your order will be wrapped in gold acid free tissue paper to protect your goods and the placed in a Sinclair London boutique bag

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

5.0 Once we have verified your order, your item will be packed and ready for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched and we aim to have it with you within 3 working days.

5.1 For international orders, our clients will be notified once the order has been received by our distribution team. The delivery date will be sent to you via email confirmation.

5.2 All clients have the right to cancel an order by returning the goods to Sinclair London’s Head Office within the first 10 working days or purchase, providing that the garment has been unworn with the tag still remaining on the garment.

Any visibility to our distribution team that the garment has been worn the client will be notified before proceeding with a refund.

5.3 All garments are fully checked before dispatching to our clients; therefore Sinclair London will not guarantee a refund if there is visible damage to the garment.

5.4 To exercise the rights to cancel an order, clients should send an email to client.services@sinclairlondon.com

DELIVERY

6.0 Sinclair London will confirm with the client the best suitable practice for delivery.

6.1 All orders must be signed for and we advise you to make suitable arrangements.

6.2 Sinclair London cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
